Paws & Picnics refers as “we”, “us”, “our”. 

Policy

Paws & Picnics is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during your event. You are responsible for any medical related expenses that may occur upon your own or others negligence. We require you to stay at the picnic area until our team arrives on site regardless of the duration of your event. 

Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

There will be a 20% non-refundable deposit fee when booking an event at pawsandpicnics.com and you agree to forfeit the deposit if you have to cancel for any reason. You are responsible for making a notice AT LEAST one week in advance if you have to reschedule your event date for any reason. Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours with a full refund.

Late Policy 

We understand certain circumstances may cause unforeseen delays, therefore you will be given a 10-minute grace period (upon your appointment start time) to communicate with us. Upon successful communication, we will stay at your picnic location until you arrive. Any time beyond the 10-minute grace period, will be counted and charged into your appointment time. If we do not hear from you by the end of your 10-minute grace period, we will give one final attempt to contact you. Failure to communicate after this 10-minute grace period will represent a “No Show”, in which you will be charged the full amount due to your negligence. Weather Conditions

Paws & Picnics is not liable for any cancellations due to weather conditions. We will give you the opportunity to reschedule your event to another available date or relocate to an indoor location of your choice as an alternative. You may also choose to cancel your appointment; by doing so you agree to forfeit your non-refundable deposit. 

Damages / Lost Items

If, for any reason, something gets damaged and/or lost during your appointment time, you will be held responsible to pay for a replacement. Additional fees may apply depending on the damaged & lost item. 

Pricing Policy

Paws & Picnics has the right to update pricing at any time and packages are subject to change without notice.

By adhering to these terms and conditions, you agree to truthfully invite the number of guests and fur friends scheduled to attend on file. Failure to do so may result in additional charges as a misconduct penalty. If you wish to invite any extra attendees please let us know prior to your event date. Charges will apply for each additional attendee and fur friend. Your remaining balance owed after deposit will be charged on the day of your event.
